Setup Auto-Response

Our auto-response product allows your customers to send an SMS to a short code and get an immediate response back to them. You can setup Auto Response through your my.messagecloud.com account and the process is simple.

Follow the steps below to set one up.

Firstly, go to your dashboard and click the Auto-Response icon.

Once here click to open the Auto Response production your product archive.

Once inside you will need to create a new campaign in the campaigns tab.

You will then be presented with the setup screen, here you can setup your keyword and response text. You will also see in the drop-down menu that you can select country and related tariff’s available.

Once you have hit save, contact our support team and we will setup your keyword and provide you with a short code.
