South Africa: Application block list
An updated version of the WASPA application block list (text file) is attached - 20/05/2022:
- WASPA's Code requires that members block the listed applications in the file attached.
- The most recent list of blocked applications can be retrieved automatically using the WASPA system API. If you would like more information about the API, please send email@example.com a note with "WASPA API" in the subject line.
- If you want to report potentially harmful services and applications, you can do so entirely anonymously here: https://portal.waspa.org.za/reportfraud.php
If you need any help implementing the measures in the best practices document, or if you have additional suggestions for steps members can take to better protect consumers from fraud, please contact WASPA's Fraud Prevention Task Team ( firstname.lastname@example.org). The best practices document is updated regularly.
