Finland – DCB

Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the  Finland Mapel Code of Conduct.

Campaign

The points below must be visible on your campaign:

  • Price
  • Customer care information
  • The name of the service provider must be visible on the landing page
  • Include a line that confirms that the fee will be added to the user’s phone bill
  • The Mobiilimaksu logo must be displayed on both payment pages.
  • Specific statements must also be visible on the payment pages, please see these below:

The following wording includes details regarding the charges and where they will be added: 

  • FI: Matkapuhelinliittymä  tunnistetaan automaattisesti ja puhelinnumero siirtyy palveluntarjoajan tietoon maksutapahtuman toteuttamiseksi. Maksu veloitetaan puhelinlaskulla.
  • EN: The mobile phone interface is automatically identified and the phone number goes to the service provider's information to complete the payment transaction. The charge will be charged by phone bill.

The following line confirms that the user agrees to the Terms and Conditions

  • FI: Hyväksyn Mobiilimaksun käyttöehdot.
  • EN: I agree to the Mobile Terms of Service


Payment Button

Recommended expressions, expressing the obligation to pay:

  • Osta nyt = Buy now
  • Maksa nyt = Pay now
  • Vahvista ostos = Confirm purchase


Marketing

The price of the service, including any taxes must be presented clearly in all advertising, closely located by the service number and it must be easily readable. If the service has a minimum price, it must be stated.

The price must be clear and easily understandable on the advertisement. The marketing must be big enough, so that it can be read without the possibility of it being misread.


Confirmation / Receipt Message

Please note that you will be required to send a free receipt as confirmation of the purchase, this will need to be sent to the consumers handset with the following included:

  • Service name
  • What they have paid for
  • Cost of the service/item
  • Customer care details
