Before you begin…

You will need to have a MessageCloud account to complete this process. If you have not yet signed up, please visit https://my.messagecloud.com/register.

Whitelist our IP Address

If you use IP address restrictions in your platform then you may need to whitelist our IP addresses to receive delivery notifications. The following IP addresses should be whitelisted:

3.10.177.229

We will inform you of any changes to this list through the email address you used during registration.

Request your Credentials

To use Send, you will need to send your request to our team for approval. This can be done by sending an email to help@messagecloud.com.

Before you contact us, you should have in mind what protocol you would like to use to send your requests (either HTTP or SMPP) as well as your desired messaging throughput.
