Pay Charge customers for services by sending a premium SMS or in response to their opt in on an approved Web or mobile app. Charges are deducted from the customer's phone bill. Available in various locations worldwide but subject to local telecommunications regulations which requires clear user opt in, as well as transparent pricing and opt out information to ensure optimal consumer protection.
