Move to our new control panel

We are gearing up for the launch of our brand new control panel. It is a substantial upgrade on our previous control panels. For this reason, you will need to create a new MessageCloud account (or what we now call a profile) and add your business (which we call an organisation).

We can then work with you to migrate your current settings over to your new organisations. Don't worry, this won't affect any of your live campaigns and services. You will also be able to access our current control panel until you are fully moved over to the new one. We'll help you every step of the way.

  1. First, please create a personal profile:

  3. Lastly, reach out to our team to tell us that you want to connect your old account to your new organisation:

Tip. Your profile is more personal than your organisation name. You may wish to make a distinction between your profile name (personal and individual) and your organisation name (corporate and shared).

Remember to contact us once you've created a profile and organisation so we can help you move your account/s over to your new organisation/s.

Existing campaigns, stats and settings? We'll help you migrate everything, seamlessly.

Don't worry, we will help you bring your existing accounts, campaigns and configuration over to our new control panel. This won't affect your live services in any way. However, to continue accessing your statistics, revenue balances and settings, you will need to take a few simple steps.

With our current control panels, you use a separate set of login details for each account. Under the new system, you can create a single profile and one or more organisations. You can switch between your organisations seamlessly without logging in and out.

Our team will work with you to set up your new organisation/s exactly as you like.

More than one account? Several old accounts? Harmonise them all.

If you have more than one MessageCloud account day, with multiple usernames and passwords, you can bring two, three or more under a single login, but continue to logically separate them into their own organisations for contractual or logistical reasons. It's possible to place one account under a new organisation, and the rest under a second organisation. Work with our team so that we know exactly how to handle your existing accounts when our new control panel launches in October.
